The Lowdown! (Basic Terms)

1. You accept Megaville.com AS IS with the understanding there is no warranty expressed or implied and will not hold Megaville.com responsible for any result which occurs which may or may not attributed to your use Megaville.com. Any loss of, or damage to, data is not the responsibility of Megaville.com. Use of this service is at your own risk. While Megaville.com prohibits conduct and content such as described herein on its site, you understand and agree that Megaville.com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, may be exposed to such materials.
2. You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.
3. Your password is you key to the Megaville.com site. You must keep it secure.
4. You are responsible for your screen name and any activity that occurs under your screen name. If you suspect your sceenname has been stolen contact service@megaville.com immediately.
   
5. You must respect your cyber neighbors. Do NOT abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk or intimidate other Megaville.com users.
6. You may NOT use Megaville.com for any illegal or unauthorized purpose regardless of your country or location of origin.
7. You are solely responsible for any and all content you submit to Megaville.com. Your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, images, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links, etc., otherwise known as "content", that you submit, post, and display on the Megaville.com service are your responsibility.
8. You may use Megaville.com for business both profit and non-profit HOWEVER personal, professional or corporate uses of Megaville.com are at your own risk. Megaville.com DOES NOT endorse any business, company, corporation, group, club, organization or their like whether for profit or non-profit, politcal, government or religous uses whatsoever.
   
9. You must not modify, adapt or hack Megaville.com. DO NOT modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Megaville.com.
10. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature whether malicious or not.
11. You must not SPAM! SPAM is defined as creating or submitting unwanted and unasked for email, instant messages, messages, chats or advertisements to Megaville.com or any of its members.
12. You must not violate any laws including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws locally or internationally while using Megaville.com.
    

Violation of any of these agreements may result in the termination of your Megaville.com account at our discretion. Restoration of accounts are at our discretion based, but not limited to, these Terms and Conditons.

Conditions of Use

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Megaville.com service for any reason, at any time, anywhere or everywhere without notice.
2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use and Conditions of Use at any time. Alterations to the Terms of Use and Conditions of Use will be posted and announced.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, anywhere or everywhere without explaination or notice prior to or proceeding said action.
4. We reserve the right to act on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on usernames used on Megaville.com by users without permission from the owners, once discovered. Megaville.com will also cooperate with law enforcement to the fullest extent in such and all legal matters.
